1) A prospective client approaches us to provide a quote for some work.
2) After an inital meeting to establish the requirements, we will go away and produce a comprehensive quote, and some initial design ideas.
3) On accpetance of the quote, we shall finalise the specifics, including schedules, and deign features. At this stage an intial partial payment is due
4) Depending on the size, and complexity of the project will determin the route that follows, however we never ask for full payment on a project until it is finished.
